Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. To start a return, email us at support@1935studio.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Contact our team at support@1935studio.store and we'll guide you through the process.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Because personalized pieces (initial and zodiac necklaces) are made specifically for you, they can only be returned or exchanged if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@1935studio.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
